Maximum occupancy is limited to 4 or 5 persons.

A disposit of 30 % (chèque or credit card) is required to comfirm your booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

A breakage and domage deposit of 1000 € should also be paid
on arrival and will be returned to you within one month
of your departure minus any expenses.
Water, electricity, bed linen and towels are inclued.

The end of stay cleaning should be carried out by the occupiers
otherwise a charge of 100 € will be levied.

Stays begin on saturday at 4 p.m. and ends
the following saturday at 10 a.m.
Animals are not accepted.

Cancellation Charges

In the event of cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit.
The following cancellation charges will apply.

Between 30 x 20 days before arrival = 40 %
Between 19 x 8 days before arrival = 75 %
7 days or less before arrival = 100 %

Cleaning service on demand = 10 € per hour.
Private parking = 30 e a week.
